As a child, I dreamed of being a pediatrician in a Spanish speaking community. I always felt a strong sense of service. That dream led me to volunteer as a Spanish interpreter at a children's hospital and to work in the International Banking Division of a Chicago bank. I then ventured into Global Custody in Chicago and New York and moved to Frankfurt, Germany where I worked in Global Asset Management.

Having worked at a variety of positions, I was drawn to Project Management. I was able to use all my banking knowledge, my natural organizational abilities as well as my skills of working well with and motivating colleagues at all levels of the organization.

As my professional life was evolving, my personal life flourished. I was always looking to improve myself through better nutrition, exercise, and further development of my spirituality. I learned about universal truths and was able to practice this new way of thinking in my daily life. Things started making more sense to me.
When my family and I decided to return to the United States, I had the chance to reexamine my career goals. As I explored various job possibilities, I learned about the new and exciting field of coaching. It was a perfect fit for me, working with International Business Executives to make meaningful contributions. I knew I wanted to use my life experiences to be a thinking partner for those searching for more meaning in their lives.
